Terms of Service

Effective date: July 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of yrFeedback, a product-feedback service provided by 2morrow.ai, LLC ("2morrow.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using yrFeedback, you agree to these Terms.

yrFeedback is used in two ways: (1) by Vendors, who embed yrFeedback into their own applications and access the yrFeedback cockpit to view and triage feedback, and (2) by End-Users of a Vendor's application (a "Calling App," e.g., Zcope), who submit feedback through the yrFeedback widget. These Terms address both, as noted below.

1. The Service

yrFeedback provides a simple, one-box feedback interface that a Calling App embeds so its End-Users can submit product feedback. The Calling App vouches for an End-User's identity via a signed token passed to yrFeedback; we do not independently authenticate End-Users and rely on the Calling App's representation of identity and authentication status.

Feedback submitted through yrFeedback is made available to the relevant Vendor through a separate cockpit interface for review and triage.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

2.1 Vendors

A Vendor must have authority to bind the business or organization it represents to these Terms and to any separate order form or agreement with us. Vendor account credentials must be kept confidential, and the Vendor is responsible for activity occurring under its account.

2.2 End-Users

End-Users interact with yrFeedback through the Calling App and generally do not create a separate yrFeedback account. By submitting feedback, an End-User agrees to the applicable portions of these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit feedback content — including attached screenshots — that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of yrFeedback;
  • Use yrFeedback to transmit malware or other harmful code;
  • Misrepresent your identity or authentication status, or falsify the signed token used to vouch for End-User identity;
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to yrFeedback except as expressly permitted; or
  • Use yrFeedback in violation of applicable law.

Submissions pass automated screening (file-type and size checks for screenshots; a keyword-based spam/abuse score for text). Screening annotates submissions for Vendor review; clearly abusive submissions may be excluded from AI processing.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

As between the Vendor and 2morrow.ai, the Vendor is the data controller for feedback and related data collected from its End-Users, and 2morrow.ai acts as a data processor / service provider. (Note: Where 2morrow.ai embeds the Service into its own first-party applications, such as Zcope, 2morrow.ai acts as both the Vendor and the data controller). Accordingly, the Vendor is responsible for:

  • Ensuring it has a lawful basis and appropriate notice/consent mechanisms for collecting End-User feedback through yrFeedback;
  • Wiretapping and AI Consent: Obtaining prior, affirmative consent from End-Users, as required by applicable laws (including but not limited to the California Invasion of Privacy Act), explicitly permitting the interception, transmission, and processing of their feedback communications by third-party service providers and artificial intelligence APIs.
  • The accuracy of authentication signals (e.g., the signed token) it provides to yrFeedback;
  • Its own use of feedback data retrieved from the cockpit, including any decisions made based on that data;
  • Compliance with applicable law in its use of the Calling App and yrFeedback, including data protection law applicable to its End-Users.
  • End-User Compliance: Ensuring its End-Users comply with the Acceptable Use rules in Section 3. The Vendor assumes responsibility and liability for its End-Users' violations of these Terms.
  • Prohibition on Sensitive Data: The Service is not designed to process highly regulated sensitive data. The Vendor must not use the Service (and must not permit End-Users to use it) to collect, process, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, Payment Card Industry (PCI) data, personal data from children under 13 subject to COPPA, or equivalent special categories of highly sensitive data, unless a separate, specific agreement (such as a Business Associate Agreement) has been explicitly executed with 2morrow.ai.

The processing of End-User personal data is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (available at https://www.yrfeedback.com/legal/dpa), which forms an integral part of these Terms and controls in the event of a conflict on data protection matters.

5. Feedback Content and Third-Party Processing

Feedback text submitted through yrFeedback is sent to Google's Gemini API for automated classification, summarization, impact/effort estimation, and duplicate detection, as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting feedback, End-Users and Vendors acknowledge this processing.

AI outputs are starting points for human judgment, not advice. Classifications, summaries, and impact/effort estimates can be wrong; Vendors remain solely responsible for their own product decisions.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. As between 2morrow.ai and the Vendor, the Vendor owns the specific AI-generated classifications and summaries derived from its End-User feedback. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display submitted content (and the resulting AI classifications) solely as necessary to provide and improve the yrFeedback service.

6. Intellectual Property & Publicity

6.1 Service IP. yrFeedback and its underlying technology, branding, and documentation are owned by 2morrow.ai, LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights or licenses are granted to you.

6.2 Publicity. We may use the Vendor's company name and logo on our website and in promotional materials to identify the Vendor as a customer of yrFeedback. Vendors may revoke this permission at any time by emailing support@yrFeedback.com.

7. Fees (Vendors)

Vendor use of yrFeedback may be subject to fees as described in an applicable order form, pricing page, or separate agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in the applicable agreement.

8. Disclaimers

YRFEEDBACK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT FEEDBACK CLASSIFICATION OR DUPLICATE-DETECTION RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT THE FRONT-END WIDGET WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SCREEN READERS OR MEET SPECIFIC WEB ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS (SUCH AS WCAG).

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2MORROW.AI, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF YRFEEDBACK. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE VENDOR TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

10. Indemnification

Each Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 2morrow.ai, LLC from third-party claims arising from the Vendor's breach of these Terms, its unlawful use of the service, or its violation of applicable data protection law in connection with its use of yrFeedback.

11. Subpoenas and Legal Requests

If we receive a subpoena, court order, or other legal process requesting access to a Vendor's data, we will attempt to provide the Vendor with reasonable prior notice so the Vendor may seek a protective order, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so. The Vendor is responsible for any costs we incur in responding to such legal requests regarding the Vendor's data.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use yrFeedback. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment (for Vendors), or as required by law. Vendors may terminate as set out in their applicable order form or agreement. Upon termination or cancellation of a Vendor's account, the Vendor will have a thirty (30) day window to export their feedback data. After this window, 2morrow.ai will permanently delete the Vendor's feedback data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and, where required by law or contract, we will provide additional notice to Vendors.

14. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14.2 Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Denver, Colorado, rather than in court. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

14.3 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND 2MORROW.AI, LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

14.4 Exceptions. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Service, or intellectual property infringement, without first engaging in arbitration.
